The Santa Rosa Education Association is the education association and the only bargaining agent for education staff professionals in Santa Rosa County. The Santa Rosa EA is a local affiliate of the Florida Education Association (FEA), the National Education Association (NEA), and the American Federation of Teachers (AFT).
